- Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirms that we have received it.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- All orders are shipped via a tracked service. We are not responsible for delays or packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, though we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
- You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct. Perlore is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

- We offer returns on unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, saleable condition, and in the original packaging.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item has been inspected.
